Seriously disappointed in your fly by the seat of your pants customer service. I ordered 13 bottles, 7 of the larger pumps, and 6 smaller non pump. 4 of the pumps arrived completely not usable in a flimsy box with zero packaging protection, paper would have even sufficed. You offer to give me a refund but only offer 2 of the 4 for refunds or replacements, with a offer of 10% off another purchase. which with no free shipping is basically an insult. This was a huge order which I waited for a while to receive. Your customer service and integrity are not what I expected and frankly I will take my 2 refunds out of 4 and move my business elsewhere. Your customer service and packaging of said items makes your products feel cheap and ordinary.
