When I received my order, I was missing a product. I did get a response. Email asking me to send pictures of what I got in the box I did that same day. I still have not received any response. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately, my order arrived without the A313 and the packaging as well as tube of Biafine, was a bit twisted and damaged. I received an email response for replacing my A313, yet no one has followed up again on when it would be replaced.
This is my first time buying and im obsessed! Gave the Biafine to my husband who has Psoriasis and i use the A313 and Laluset in my face skincare routine!
